At Go Daxxi / The Lisa Larter Group (LLG), we work with a select group of businesses to level up their marketing. We design marketing solutions to elevate brands, position client expertise, and help businesses generate more leads.

ROLE SUMMARY

Our Operations Manager is the linchpin of our operations pivotal in driving our continual growth and excellence. With your discerning eye, you pinpoint areas for improvement and new initiatives for growth. 

This person gathers all the information and gets clear about goals before starting a project to ensure we have all the information needed to do the work. They also welcome and analyze feedback to support our continuous improvement as a team.

WHO WE NEED NOW

The Operations Manager is self-directed, works well remotely, and is available to work in person on occasion. Their general work hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday; however, they are open to client requests, monitoring, and actions outside of those times should the urgent need arise.

No two days on this job are the same: you’ll oversee project lifecycles, working with the team to keep things top-notch in quality, time, and budget. You're the go-to for client work, ensuring it's flawless and matches their vibe perfectly. Plus, you're building strong relationships with our clients, always ready to solve any problem that comes their way. You're constantly thinking of new ways to make things better and more profitable for us.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Keep our digital projects moving forward. Working with freelancers and the project team, overseeing the entire lifecycle of our projects with a keen eye for quality, time, and budget constraints. Planning who will do the project work. Ensure project progress is communicated effectively using Asana, email, and Google Chat.
  2. Delivering high-quality work to our clients. Collaborate closely with our Team Managers to understand our client’s business needs. Support our Team Managers by taking the lead on new projects generated with our existing clients. Review client-facing work regularly to spot any errors or areas for improvement. Your attention to detail ensures no spelling, grammar, or formatting errors.
  3. Build strong relationships with our clients. Onboard new clients and lead coordination meetings. Follow up with clients as necessary and act as a reliable problem solver.
  4. Lead as an adaptable and swift communicator. Communicate proactively and champion integrity and uphold standards for open communication and trust. Promptly respond to our teammates within the same business day to facilitate seamless coordination and respond to client inquiries within 24 hours. 
  5. Practice and promote efficiency. Streamline processes and clarify objectives for the team. Ensure everyone knows what they need to do and prioritize workflow.
  6. Gather information, prepare reports, and keep everyone informed. Provide efficient information about internal and client projects. Keep the project team, leadership team, and clients updated on project progress. Prepare weekly status reports that are insightful and easy-to-understand. 
  7. Innovate quarterly for the business to increase efficiency and overall profitability. Identify opportunities to improve skills, offer new services, and increase profitability. Pitch innovative ideas to the leadership team and execute approved strategies.
  8. Coordinate Project Quotes. Support the project quoting process by providing recommendations on who is best to do the work, sharing accurate assessments of the scope and requirements of potential projects, and ensuring that quotes are comprehensive and reflective of our client's needs.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You’re an outstanding communicator sharing information transparently with everyone in the organization. 
  • You embrace difficult conversations with both clients and internal stakeholders if a project is not going according to your plan. 
  • You leverage your growth mindset to interpret situations to overcome challenges.
  • You have strong project management skills, adapt to changes and meet tight deadlines.
  • You have a good understanding of the principles and workings of digital marketing (social media, SEO, paid media, analytics) and have worked with multidisciplinary digital marketing teams. 
  • You're an outstanding people leader, with a track record of keeping project teams on track and fostering a collaborative work environment. 
  • You have managed teams that provide customer excellence, strong reporting, and actionable insights (ideally experienced in account management).
  • You use technology and data insights to streamline processes and create efficiencies. 

LOCATION

While the majority of work will be done remotely, this role is Florida-based and may require in-person work from time to time in Ormond Beach. You will need to be available and have accessible transportation to join these work sessions.
